The oil change was done on time , they were on time, the appointment was on time and everything was fine.

Had routine maintenance done and all went well . They made a couple of recommendations for additional work and I had that done at the same time .

They are the Best!! Excellent customer service. Greeting's in and out of the door. You are treated like family, as I feel the same way to all of them. Started my inquiry about the Trax I purchased during the week before by text. My work schedule didn't allow me to physically be there till Monday. Max told me no problem. He took me out, checked it out. He explained totally about it. Then the test drive, fantastic!! And again he was explaining all the features and showing me how they all work. From there it was run my information and get loan approval. Very smooth process, everyone involved with me and my purchased provided above and beyond customer service. The dealership is fantastic!!! I thank Max for making it happen with the work schedule, his patience on explaining everything about my new Trax.

I scheduled a routine oil change and asked the service advisor to check an engine light code. I also mentioned a crash detection intermittent code. He asked me if I wanted this code checked. I told him I am not as concerned about this code as I am the engine light code but why not check it out. When I picked up my truck there was a $52 charge to check the crash detection code. I assumed checking this code would have been covered by warranty and I had no idea it would me $52 otherwise I would not have had it checked. I did not complain. I paid the bill and left. The service advisor should have told me up front there was going to be a charge to check this code. Before completing this survey, I contacted the service manager who would not take any accountability. So now I am wondering if the service department is trying to pull something on me or this was just an honest mistake. After buying 2 brand new GMC Canyons from this dealership in less than 3 years I am wondering whether I still want to do business with them or even buy another GM product. Again, I am not looking for my money back for the service that was preformed just a little accountability to regain my trust.

I dropped my car off. I received an oil change and filter. The tires rotated. I was notified of some issues with the 2018 GMC Acadia. I paid the bill and picked up my car.

As is normally the case the service was excellent. Terry always and consistently does an outstanding job of assisting. I drive 30+ miles for the service and am never disappointed.

Everyone is always friendly and respectful, wouldn't go anywhere else to get a car.

I went in for an oil change and my engine filter changed. I got there at my appointment time and it took an hour and 45 minutes to do something that should have at most taken an hour. I will not be going back.

I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change and few other things looked at on my vehicle. I was very pleased with the service my vehicle received and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was nice and helpful. They took the time to explain things and made the whole process very smooth. Waiting room was comfortable and coffee was hot. I would highly recommend the service department at C.Wimberley.

Brought my truck into Wimberly after hitting a deer to check it out on the Diagnostic Machine before having the body work done. They did not charge me for this service. I will have Wimberly do the necessary body work.

My wife has asked the service dept 3-4 times to look into why the driver wiper keeps leaving smudges. Each time the department changes the wiper blade but not the arm. I believe they spray it in the shop with water and don’t drive the car at hwy speeds. The wind noise is still in the passenger door seal, mirror or wherever it is. It wasn’t in for that concern this time but ……

Always a great experience

I bought a vehicle from C Wimberley and the check engine light came out the shortly after I left the parking lot of you guys… It burns oil big time. It leaks transmission fluid. The Cadillac converter is bad. The battery quit working within a week of buying the vehicle. Need to say more I am not happy with C Wimberley at all.

Great experience the only thing is they changed my cabin air filter and now my blower motor makes a hum I will.see if they can look at when I pick up my other vehicle I dropped off

I do the buy one get one FREE oil changes. I have never not once been charged for my second one, (I do have documents to prove this). this last time I was charged for “extra oil” but I don’t understand how that’s possible because my truck don’t take more than 6 quarts which it don’t make sense I had to pay for extra when it’s suppose to be free up to 6 quarts.

Scheduled promptly and service performed as expected.

took much time to diagnose the engine light being in solid.

When I called to make the appointment, I was told it would take one hour. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told it would be two hours. It ended up taking three and a half hours. They told me that it was more difficult than expected, and they wanted to do it right, which I appreciate. If they are a certified installer of bed covers, I would expect that they would have more experience to better estimate the time required for installation.

A defective battery apparently created conditions where the vehicle would show warnings in the DIC like "brake system failure" and "power steering system needs service" and at that point, my 2023 Colorado was not drivable! At various times the vehicle did not have brakes or power steering. Other warnings about frontal crash avoidance and other failed systems came up on the screen. Luckily, the vehicle was, in most instances, parked in our garage and we didn't become stranded in some other state. I spent a lot of time in the service department but the tech's installed a new battery under warranty and all systems are working properly, even the auto stop/restart.

I have a bad catalytic converter and is very expensive to replace. Not sure what to do.
