I bought a vehicle from C Wimberley and the check engine light came out the shortly after I left the parking lot of you guys… It burns oil big time. It leaks transmission fluid. The Cadillac converter is bad. The battery quit working within a week of buying the vehicle. Need to say more I am not happy with C Wimberley at all.

I do the buy one get one FREE oil changes. I have never not once been charged for my second one, (I do have documents to prove this). this last time I was charged for “extra oil” but I don’t understand how that’s possible because my truck don’t take more than 6 quarts which it don’t make sense I had to pay for extra when it’s suppose to be free up to 6 quarts.

My wife has asked the service dept 3-4 times to look into why the driver wiper keeps leaving smudges. Each time the department changes the wiper blade but not the arm. I believe they spray it in the shop with water and don’t drive the car at hwy speeds. The wind noise is still in the passenger door seal, mirror or wherever it is. It wasn’t in for that concern this time but ……

Both Glenn and Matt were very courteous and I felt comfortable working with them in picking out my new car.

I dropped my car off. I received an oil change and filter. The tires rotated. I was notified of some issues with the 2018 GMC Acadia. I paid the bill and picked up my car.

I went in for an oil change and my engine filter changed. I got there at my appointment time and it took an hour and 45 minutes to do something that should have at most taken an hour. I will not be going back.

I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change and few other things looked at on my vehicle. I was very pleased with the service my vehicle received and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was nice and helpful. They took the time to explain things and made the whole process very smooth. Waiting room was comfortable and coffee was hot. I would highly recommend the service department at C.Wimberley.

I was very disappointed in the car wash being closed..........and the window for a return trip or rain check is so short.......... I live a distance from the dealership and would have liked a longer time period I could have used it.......... as to the reason I was there, everything was good.....thanks

Had a problem with my cars check engine light on and had my wife’s car scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and they let me take the marines scheduled time slot to perform a code check on the Blazer and everything worked out fine.

Brought my truck into Wimberly after hitting a deer to check it out on the Diagnostic Machine before having the body work done. They did not charge me for this service. I will have Wimberly do the necessary body work.

C. Wimberly as a dealership did a very nice job helping me get my vehicle repaired, however, GM was less than stellar in their customer service! My 22 Yukon was at the dealership for over two months because GM could not get the parts sent out to have my vehicle repaired. The dealership talked with me several times a week while my vehicle was there, and they couldn’t get any answers as to where the parts were. Once the parts were received the dealership was able to get my vehicle back to me within a couple of days. GM should be ashamed for putting the dealership through such stress to get this vehicle back to me.

Great communication. They called to explain what they saw and what needed to be done, got our approval, and it was done in a very timely manner. Great experience with customer service and professionalism.

Warranty service. Replaced a defective sensor. We were told it would take about an hour and so it was, almost to the minute. We were on our way. Thanks C. Wimberly!

Got there a little early and they were able to get me in right away. Always have great service here.

When I called to make the appointment, I was told it would take one hour. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told it would be two hours. It ended up taking three and a half hours. They told me that it was more difficult than expected, and they wanted to do it right, which I appreciate. If they are a certified installer of bed covers, I would expect that they would have more experience to better estimate the time required for installation.

A defective battery apparently created conditions where the vehicle would show warnings in the DIC like "brake system failure" and "power steering system needs service" and at that point, my 2023 Colorado was not drivable! At various times the vehicle did not have brakes or power steering. Other warnings about frontal crash avoidance and other failed systems came up on the screen. Luckily, the vehicle was, in most instances, parked in our garage and we didn't become stranded in some other state. I spent a lot of time in the service department but the tech's installed a new battery under warranty and all systems are working properly, even the auto stop/restart.

Oil change and tire rotation went well as far as I know and my car was ready quickly.

Was disappointed after participating for 45 years we had an oil change & tires rotated during that visit other problems showed up and we agreed with them keeping the car & completely the issues l had bill of $1440? with a surcharge of $43+. Paid got home and called the service department and inquired what the surcharge was for and they said you paid with your credit card. I asked when did that start, they replied about 8 months ago. That is no way to treat your customers who have been loyal for 47 years and you Don’t notify them of the Surcharge is due to using my credit card. No notice of additional charges using credit card

There were fingerprints all over the driver's door area of the black truck, which made them particularly noticeable. I would have expected the technician to use a soft cloth to clean it, especially since the truck was spotless when it was brought in and for what it cost. I also noticed another customer's truck that had its oil changed, with fingerprints from the oil technician all over the front driver's-side fender and hood.
